RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to return or exchange an item, we must be notified via email (Contact Us) within 30 days of the order date. Shipping is paid by the customer back to our address, where we will then perform an inspection of the item(s). If rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer free of charge. If accepted, the item(s) will be exchanged and sent back to the customer free of charge, or refunded to your nominated bank account.
LOST / MISPLACED ORDERS
We do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced orders once they're sent out via Australia Post. We advise that you double check all your shipping details at check out to prevent this from occurring. In the event that a parcel does go missing, we will liaise with Australia Post to help track it down and ensure it arrives to your address.
